Wendy Janis Malkin

Wendy Janis Malkin has been helping couples and individuals with estate planning since 2013, with a focus on young families. Wendy received a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and graduated magna cum laude  from Seattle University School of Law, where she served on the Law Review.  Wendy worked for the State Board of Health and the Washington State Legislature before entering solo practice as an estate planning attorney. 

Volunteer experience is an important part of Wendy’s work as an attorney.  She has volunteered with Northwest Health Law Advocates and the Housing Justice Project.  She currently volunteers with the Washington First Responder Will Clinic.

Wendy is a member of the Real Practice, Probate and Trust Sections of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association and the Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle.

When Wendy is not working, she enjoys bicycling, traveling, and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
